Civil Estimator

What you’ll be doing:

• Reviewing plans & specs to nail the project scope
• Building estimates for small to medium heavy civil tenders
• Collaborating on cost breakdowns (labour, equipment, materials)
• Sourcing subcontractor quotes & supporting bid strategies
• Conducting site visits to verify conditions
• Contributing to risk analysis, bid reviews, and execution planning

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years on civil construction sites (estimating, quantity take-offs, or strong field exposure)
• Hands-on understanding of labour, equipment & material requirements
• Civil Engineering degree, EIT, technical diploma, or solid equivalent experience
• Lower Mainland experience = big asset
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) + Hard Dollar experience a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and initiative
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence

• Competitive salary range: $75,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
